If you would like your exchangement hosted on the marquee scrolling area on the forum index, then create a new topic in this section with this following template and the needed information:

This service is absolutely free; it doesn't cost anything whatsoever. There can only be 6 exchangement threads promoted at the same time. Once you request, you must wait exactly 2 weeks from when your previous requested has been applicated. You can only request for one exchangement at a time.
The current exchangements will last up to 2 days (48 hours), and then the next requests will be added; so forth, so on.
